RETURN POLICY FOR STANDARD MERCHANDISE
- Unused/unworn and unopened orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
- If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may exchange your item/s for different merchandise or a for a gift card. Please note, custom or personalized goods may not be returned or exchanged. If an item was not marked as a gift, the gift giver must handle the return or exchange.
- Charges will be credited to you once we receive and inspect the order. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to ten days after we receive the merchandise.
- Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return merchandise, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Used, worn, opened and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
- Gift cards and downloadable products cannot be returned.

RETURN POLICY FOR PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM MERCHANDISE
- Before final proofs have been approved, custom or personalized orders may be cancelled or refunded.
- After final proofs have been approved, custom or personalized orders may not be cancelled or refunded.
- Upon signing a ONE-OF-A-KIND contract, you will be asked for a deposit. This fee is non-refundable for any reason. Additional fees may be incurred if services rendered or products purchased exceed the cost of your deposit. This fee will be determined within reason and at the discretion of LOinLONDON®. If you decide to cancel a ONE-OF-A-KIND contract, please notify us immediately to reduce or eliminate extra charges.
- Customers are expected to review final proofs carefully. Once approved, you accept complete responsibility for the goods shown.
- We cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (including, but not limited to incorrect dates, spelling, etc.). If errors are found and reprint is required, it can be done at the expense of the customer.
- Personalized or custom gifts may not be returned or exchanged.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you have waited ten days and still have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
- Next contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING
- As a small company, standard orders are generally processed in 5-7 business days, though we will make every effort to expedite this process. CUSTOM ORDER PROCESSING
- All custom orders will be given a project deadline upon ordering. Due to the broad range of custom services we provide, it is essential for you to CONTACT US to discuss your project before we give you a timeline or a quote.
PACKAGING
- Single greeting cards are packaged in a clear, 100% biodegradable protective sleeve.
- Other products including greeting card sets, calendars and notepads are tied together with a simple twine bow.
- Occasionally we use crystal clear plastic boxes made from 25% post-consumer polyester. Polyester is a #1 recyclable plastic... one of the easiest plastics to recycle!
PAYMENT
- We make every effort to make payment easy for you and continue to add options to our website, as they are made available to us.
- Acceptable online payment methods are continually updated and listed in our website footer.
- In-person orders may pay with credit card, cash or check in our Quincy studio.
SALES TAX
- Sales tax is only applied to sales shipped to the state of Illinois (8%).
SHIPPING
- Orders primarily ship USPS from our studio in Quincy, Illinois. We utilize FedEx and UPS as necessary. If you require a different shipping service, please CONTACT US prior to your purchase.
- For international orders: Please note, we are not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
